Kaye’s One on One Lifestyle training offers One on One, Two on One, Three on One sessions. We also provide onsite training sessions for teams and corporate groups. There are no memberships or joining fees.
Personal Training
Kaye will tailor a program to suit you and your goals:
- A full assessment of your personal requirements
- Assistance with setting realistic and achievable goals
- A structured exercise program for strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness
- A program that includes both personal training and your own individual sessions

Group Training
- All training sessions can be done as part of a group of two to four people
